Client Testimonials

Julia M: “Elizabeth is a holistically minded, approachable and intelligent dietitian. She always meets me right where I am and has been pivotal in my intuitive eating journey. The Telehealth visits are so convenient and have allowed me to continue meeting with her after moving cities. She emphasizes the importance of self kindness, weight inclusivity, and really has helped me see nutrition in a new light. Very grateful and could not sing her praises more.”

Elizabeth M: “I am so thankful to have found Elizabeth. I've worked with her for close to six months now and it has changed the way I think about my body and food. I've tried other dietitians and nutritionists who generally just gave me suggestions that weren't very personalized. It took a lot of joy that I would normally derive out of cooking and eating. Elizabeth's approach to nutrition counseling is centered around intuitive eating and the whole person. She's taken so many negative emotions and shame out of the equation for me with her weight inclusive approach. For the first time, I feel like the progress I'm making is sustainable, even in a very stressful and busy time of my life. Her approach is also built on science, which was important for me, as I struggle with autoimmune disorders and inflammation. She has been so prepared for each meeting (telehealth, which is extra convenient!) and brings evidence-based strategies for me to build into my routines and the results really have changed my life! I'm just really thankful I took the leap and started seeing her!”

Brennon F: “Elizabeth is the best in the game! She helped coach my nutrition through training for a new half marathon PR. I crushed my goal time! The most important part through that experience is that she helped me to feel more prepared and confident in my plan come race day. Couldn’t recommend her enough!”

Caroline F: Elizabeth is an amazing Licensed and Registered Dietician. I have been seeing her via telehealth for a little over 6 months to help me manage PCOS symptoms. I saw her for ~5 months prior to her being able to accept my insurance and it was so worth it! Now that she can accept my insurance it is even BETTER!! Liz has helped me increase my energy levels and build up healthy habits in sustainable ways. I highly recommend working with her!
